This is not a ‘bootcamp format’ so you will also need to walk or cycle for your cardio exercise. 

Full insurance for a max of 5 participants per session. 

I have 40 years of teaching and 20 years in a Chiropractic Clinic teaching Back & Neck rehab – so sessions are very “back-friendly” !
